The Bio Mechanics Clinic is the “brick-and-mortar” part of the Country Health Store.  At Bio Mechanics Clinic our goal is to help each patient gain health and well-being.  We use the most natural and least invasive therapies available.  Remember your health is your responsibility, and we’re here to help.

I. To reach Aberdeen from the North, leave Interstate 15 at Exit 93 (Blackfoot Exit), and turn right.  At the first signal turn left, which will be putting you on Hwy 39 to Aberdeen.  You will travel approximately 38 miles before reaching Aberdeen, and our facility will be on the right hand side of the road.

Although Aberdeen is often called “The Wide Spot in the Road”, it has several elements of a real “City”.  These include our clinic, the Country Kitchen (with meals included for residence of the clinic), two banks, a grocery store, a drug store, a clothing store, a hardware store, a gas station, and lots and lots of “Idaho Spuds”.

Please Note:  Although much of Aberdeen has curbs and sidewalks there is a total lack of “Nite Life”.

III.   For those staying several days the rule is “Seasonably Adjusted”.  Aberdeen can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.  Also we are casual, in fact I can safely say that I have never seen a man in a “Tux”.  In between summer and winter the weather is also in between.  It has been noted that “Sweat Clothes” are both comfortable for the patient and convenient for therapy.  Walking shoes are also in order just in case you may need to explore.  Reading material is in order due to the afore mentioned lack of “Nite Life”.

IV.   The services at Bio Mechanics Clinic include:
*Assessment procedures (essentially non-invasive)which will be used  
  to recommend treatment procedures.
* Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber which will be  used to enhance blood
   oxygen.
*Reflexology and massage for stimulation of meridian points and general relaxation.
*Accupuncture
*Physical Therapy
*Herbal and/or Homeopathic therapies as indicated.
*Vitamin and Mineral replacement
*Detoxification, to remove accumulated toxins (poisons) from the  body.

Note: These therapies have, except for the So-Caled “Healing Crisis” of detoxification, few if any “Side-Effects”

V.   The living spaces which are available at the clinic have sleeping facilities, a kitchen area and a private bath.  Each have a recliner, table and chairs, and T.V., with satellite. Each is heated and air-conditioners.  And in case you needed to ask, all are non-smoking and pet free.
