A complex multiple trace mineral formula plus minerals and red beet root combined in a base of five nourishing herbs, our CHF #14 may be an excellent source of trace minerals. Other nutrients such as vitamins, proteins, enzymes, amino acids and carbohydrates require minerals to perform their important biochemical functions.
Beet root is rich in the nutrient betaine, which is important for cardiovascular health. Additionally, several preliminary studies have shown that betaine may help protect against liver disease, particularly the build up of fatty deposits in the liver caused by alcohol abuse, protein deficiency or diabetes, among other causes. The nutrient also helps individuals with a condition which causes abnormally low levels of stomach acid, by increasing stomach acidity. Dietary nitrate, such as that found in the beet root, is thought to be a source for the biological messenger nitric oxide, which is signals smooth muscle, triggering it to relax. This induces increased blood flow.
Far removed from prominent view exists an age-old substance in nature, known as “Calcium Montmorillonite Clay” which is an important ingredient in our CHF #14. There are only a limited number of “Calcium Montmorillonite Clay” deposits around the world. For centuries, Native American healers used it internally and externally in the treatment of a variety of illnesses. In years past, sailing vessels departing from France were known to store this clay on board for the treatment of dysentery as well as other ailments. Animals, domestic and wild alike, are instinctually drawn to clay deposits and have been observed licking the clay as part of their everyday diet as well as rolling in it to obtain relief from injuries. A recognized detoxifying agent, nutrient and bactericidal, “Calcium Montmorillonite Clay” is in the smectite group of clays. Only those clays within the smectite group have the ability to absorb. Its power as a possible detoxifying substance comes from its inherent ability to adsorb and absorb. Its unique ability to grow and change (adsorb) is the reason for its classification and recognition as a “Living Clay”.

Mix one or two drops of desired essential oil to a small amount of a carrier oil such as coconut oil, jojoba oil or sweet almond oil. For general use, the oils can be applied to the bottom of feet and/or painful areas. If burning occurs do not wash area with water, but instead add more carrier oil.
