Customer must pay for shipping costs of all returned products, except when it is a confirmed shipping/packing, manufacturing, or customer service error.
All returns must be pre-approved by a Customer Service Representative. No credit will be given until the returned product is received.
Credit for re-saleable/re-stockable products will be accepted for a maximum of 30 days after the date of the invoice and will receive a 20% re-stocking fee. Books are nonrefundable.
The following products are not considered re-saleable and/or re-stockable and will not be accepted for return:
- Products with the tamper-evident seal broken or missing
- Products with stickers affixed, markings and/or soiled labels
Procedures:
Unpack and inspect shipment for damage within 24 hours. All claims must be made within 24 hours of the date of delivery.
If product or packaging is damaged, all shipping containers and packing materials must be held for inspection at the option of the delivery carrier.
Due to a recent increase in lost and damaged packages by USPS and UPS it is highly recommended that you add insurance to your package.
You are welcome to opt out of the insurance, but if your package is lost or damaged, filing a claim with USPS/UPS will be your responsibility.
If package is lost at no fault of ours, a duplicate order may be sent out at your cost.
